This company is acting unlawfully by collecting debts that are not owed and without proof they are owed! This causes unnecessary stress and mental anxiety to people. Judging by the reviews I am not the only one who has this issue! This is over my gym membership which changed direct debit and I paid at the reception. I have my receipt and bank statements to prove the payment, yet they still contacted me regarding this none existent debt which is illegal to do so!! I have contacted the financial conduct authority, sent a complaint email and disputed the payment ! Anymore contact from them I am charging them for my time and evidence . They need to sort it out asap!! Acting illegally !

Received a message from these saying i owed money from a talk talk account in 2020. I called TalkTalk and they have assured me i owe nothing. I called Cars to explain this but they insisted i need to pay. These people need shutting down.

Barely review anything, but this needed addressing. This is a fraudulent debt collection agency that obtains outdated debtor information (even long-term ongoing direct debits) and makes unlawful attempts to recover the money for themselves. Don't simply ignore them, complain to them directly first, then report them to the Financial Ombudsmen Service immediately.
