We are a small, independent charity, led by volunteer Trustees and Directors and with a small, part time staff. We have had health and safety inspections from Croner in the past and they have been pretty anodyne affairs driven by a script. However, in January we had the pleasure of being inspected by Stephen Andrews. He was like no other we've had before - interested in what we do, taking full account of our circumstances, offering tips and contacts to make life simpler for us. He even spent time with our office staff explaining how to get the best out of the H&S section of the Croner website. Stephen was very thorough but I came away from it feeling I had been given a boost in confidence. Thank you Croner and thank you Stephen, your welcome to visit our Day Centre any time.

Just had a really productive and informative HR document review with Molly Harris (no relation) and found the time flew past as she kept it interesting and moved at a good pace but not to fast you had no idea what was happening.
