We had an urgent client query for which we required an expert written opinion. We used the Croner-i My VIP service. The standard time to get the response was going to be around 7 to 10 working days. This would generally be ok, but in this particular case we needed to get back to the client promptly.
I telephoned and spoke to the work flow manager, and she was empathetic to our client's needs. We were promised the report by the following week Tuesday (only 3 working days after our request) and we actually received the report on Monday (a day earlier). This was much appreciated and great client service.
