Currently very low. We instructed Crowe on a matter involving trusts on 19 June, followed up on 22 August as to how things were progressing as we now urgently needed their advise. We were told in an email, it would be with us 6th September. Another email, 10 September Crowe said it would need a couple more weeks. One of us called Crowe by phone, on 3 October, told they were too busy helping other clients as inundated with work to beat the budget on 30 October. They said the budget would not affect us, (do they know something the rest of the UK don't) and therefore they will take their time.

We had told Crowe we needed the information urgently from the outset, but apparently that has been ignored. For us it's now (without going into detail) critical to get the advice we have requested.

Their quote for the work we required was set between £4,500 – £6,750 plus VAT, but we are obviously too small and of little importance.

Very disappointing.

Will update on here if and when we hear more.
