Croyland has been absolutely fantastic at helping me find and purchase my new car. My salesperson was Charlie and the whole way through the process he has been clear about what the paperwork was and he was able to give me good information about the car. I was booked in for a test drive quickly and I was able to reserve the car I wanted. Charlie was helpful when he showed what the car had to offer and he was helpful while I test drove the car.
It has been a pleasure purchasing a car with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I’ve just bought a car from Croyland Car Sales, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. George was absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He wasn’t pushy at all, which made me feel completely at ease, and he took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The team at Croyland was lovely, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next car.

This car supermarket would be hard to beat for customer service.
The level of care and continued assistance l have experienced is second to none.
Ben, one of the salesman is extremely helpful. No hard sell tactics, so l am left to make decisions in my own time.
My only very slight criticism, is there is not alot of choice of the type of car l am after in the stock they have. When there is in other locations. On the plus side, l do have the patience and time to wait for the right car to come along. I look forward to this, as then l can continue to enjoy the excellent customer experience l have had so far.
Now for an update. I tried to go all electric with a purchase of a Vauxhall Mokka. But not blaming Croylands, but this Vauxhall with a advertised range of just over 200 miles on a full charge was never achievable. The drop off on a 3 year old car was ridiculous. Now with alot of patience and assistance from Croylands l have now purchased a Vauxhall Grandland hybrid. It is a lovely car.
Thank to Ben, Lynne in customer care, and other staff for all your help over the last few months.
So we got there in the end.

Charlie has been extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed us plenty of browsing time and enabled us to fully inspect the vehicle we were interested in, noting any queries we had which weren't within his remit. It was reassuring that he recognised his scope, rather than guessing the answers and committing to anything he would not be able to deliver on.
He supported us in making informed decisions and didn't encourage us to take extras that we didn't need. He ensured that we took full advantage of any special offers available and made our trade-in purchase experience an altogether extremely relaxed and pleasant one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie and Croyland Cars.

Great no pressure service from Ben at Croyland car megastore. He was extremely helpful in sending me a video of the car before making the trip down so I could see the condition of the interior especially(as I'd previously had disappointing trips to other garages). He was very helpful in answering all my questions in respect of the history of the vehicle and remained very helpful and efficient as a point of contact after the sale too. Everything was clearly explained start to finish. All of the staff very friendly and welcoming and all the cars look like they are sold in a great condition.

Just bought a car from Croyland and had a great buying experience. Dan Little was super helpful and provided excellent guidance during the entire buying process. There were some issues identified in the MOT and as promised Dan got all those fixed. He made the entire buying process very simple. Would absolutely recommend. I hope they provide good support during the warranty period as well.
