We were unceremoniously dumped when my wife wanted to get a clear understanding of their role with her finances.
All she needed was a human to communicate with rather than someone determined to confuse with terminology. This was after many years involvement with the family.
My finances are separate from my wife's and I hadn't been any part of the communication but I was 'dumped' along with her.
When I phoned to try and resolve the situation and get some understanding I was not treated as a customer but as someone in the way.
A sad end to over 30 years of involvement

Myself and my Wife are expecting our first child in December, and as we are about to become Parents we thought it was also about time we became adults too!! We decided it was wise to have Life Insurance & Critical Care insurance but were horrified at the prices when we looked online. We also were not 100% sure what levels of cover to get and nearly fell asleep by the time we had got half way through all of the small print.

This is where Nick from Crystal comes in.

Nick was kind enough to offer us an evening face-to-face consultation, and took the time to get to know us so that he could offer us a tailor-made package. He was friendly yet professional; relaxed yet efficient and this was greatly appreciated. The net result is that he has found us a policy which covers everything we need (and more) at a much more attractive price than we have found elsewhere.

In short, I cannot recommend Nick highly enough (and in fact I have already recommended him to very good friends of mine and will shortly be back for a pension review.) Thank you so much Nick and the Crystal team, I am hugely grateful!
