Left it a bit late but CSG got to me in a few days. Will, the driver, was fantastic, had a good chat while it was being pumped out. No mess, no fuss, too service. Super friendly on the phone too.

Very efficient to book, prompt call back and swift collection date given. The collection team are, always, super cheery and get on with the job without fuss despite a very difficult and steep site. Thoroughly emptied and cleaned around the tank and hosed down mud dragged over driver. If only all businesses were this good!

I've used CSG's sewage disposal services for many years. It has always been excellent, the drivers courteous and prompt and the price charged always reasonable. I can't recommend them enough. I have no connection with CSG except as a customer

Generally, we are happy with the service, especially with the CSG drivers. The reason for deducting one star is the fact that we had to chase for a collection date, which we didn't have to in the past and expected more having received an email to say that the collection was due soon. A bit disappointing, even allowing for lockdown issues.

Driver phoned to say he was close-by on the day of collection. very organised collection with no face to face contact at my home. Driver extremely polite and friendly from a distance, I just left him to it and collection completed within 20 minutes of arrival, very professional!
