I’d highly recommend using Cura. My husband and I dealt with Nick, who provided an excellent service. Throughout all communication, he was friendly and helpful. He secured life insurance and critical illness cover for my husband swiftly. The process for myself was more lengthy, due to a complex medical history. I had been struggling for months to find a policy for life/critical illness/income protection insurance when I contacted Cura. I was allocated an advisor, Vivek, who was helpful above and beyond my previous experiences with other companies and agents.

Vivek was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. Unlike other advisors he was always accessible by email which kept the process moving, and he explained all my options and broke down the key points of each policy clearly which really helped me to understand my choices.

I'm extremely grateful for his help and ultimately very satisfied with the overall service. In future I will go straight to Cura rather than waste my time with other companies first!

I can't remember ever getting the high standard of service anywhere prior to asking Cura (I'd originally known Cura as Special Risks Bureau) to find a decreasing term life policy for someone with chronic illnesses.

The amazing help and persistence with obtaining a medical report from my surgery went above, beyond and skywards! Shout out to Gemma!

I'm now £80pm better off due to the effort put in on my behalf.

I was denied life insurance and critical life cover because of complex medical history and so was put in contact with CURA who arranged everything, and handled everything brilliantly despite my difficult medical history and also hard to reach GP surgery and they managed to organise the exact cover I wanted.
