Really slow. Nearly 2 hours after pulling onto the bay, still waiting to be tipped. No straps and on the bay. I don’t understand why it takes so long to literally 30 washers off. From being bang on time to now being well behind.

I was deeply disappointed to discover today, upon receiving the package, that the box was punctured. At first, I overlooked it because when I opened the box, the items appeared to be in good condition. However, to my greater disappointment, when I turned on the Nintendo, I found that the screen was blackened.

How is it possible to send me a package with a damaged box and a screen in this condition? I paid nearly 400 pounds for this device, and I find it unacceptable to receive an item that is visibly damaged and non-functional.
Do you really think I am happy to finally receive the Nintendo after waiting so long and paying so much money, only to find the screen damaged and the box punctured? How can this be possible? This is absolutely unacceptable!

Shame to whole chain and to this store that i traveled 90 miles from Birmingham to treat me like an alien!
You send it wirthout verifing that it would be of good quality !!!
Shame on you!!

I have now arranged for the item to be collected and exchanged. Only God knows how long it will take for them to send it back — it could take forever. Maybe that was their intention from the start. They talk about online shopping as if they just want to tick a box and move on. No one seems to care. They don’t even show any empathy for the customer’s situation.

Redicilous! Respect and value your customers and your job!

Disappointed,you come in yard earlier than you have booking,nobody on bay and they keep you waiting to start tipp when is your booking time...

Don't even think about coming early.
And when they do let you in expect to be sat waiting till after your booked delivery time. When empty expect to be sat waiting to get your keys and paperwork back from the office as it takes an absolute age to check the load.

Trying to get hold of someone as I’ve sent my laptop for trade in they have received it but no update.!!!! No one answers the phone no one replies to emails so stressful

If you get the portacabin at the back, they are mostly really rude staff and the waiting times are really poor. Went 2hrs past my load time and this is a common event. They need training in politeness and manners.

Second time I've been to this joke hole, handover 18.30 to after 19.00, unload times are shocking, takes an age to check the load once unloaded, cannot stick to arrival or departure times if their lives depended on it. Absolutely useless to the world of logistics where timescales matter. Especially reactive freight routes
