Stopped to write this review because Custard has been excellent in handling our property insurance claims. So many will write a review for the bad, yet the good is missed 99% of the time. The way Custard employees step up to the plate has made these property claims so much easier to get through! Thanks Custard!

This has to be the worst professional services firm I have EVER dealt with. When a contractor damaged our home, their insurance used Custard as the adjuster. Not only has it taken months for Custard to send them the write-up (causing us to pay for numerous expenses out of pocket), they also made many mistakes on square footage, type of flooring to be replaced, etc. which required revisions. These revisions took - you guessed it - months to receive. At the current time we are still waiting for a final estimate. If you ever have a homeowner's claim, pray they don't use Custard.

If you've been referred to Custard by your Insurance/shipping company follow the below steps.

- File a complaint with your State's Department of Insurance. They will forward the complaint directly to the adjusters.
DO NOT GIVE UP.

Angela D and the team from Custard acted in complete bad faith and if Custard had not settled with me, I would have brought up an Insurance Bad Faith Litigation on them.

I give this company a one because you can't give a negative. Straight up stole my car. I was hit in the tail. My case was transferred by Kentucky farm Bureau. Without a release or anything they took my car. Lady was texting and driving and hit me. Not paid a dime they took my car and everything in it. Do not trust these people!!!!! Mary said she would send paper work before anything could be done. I did not receive anything at all. Yet they took my car. Worst business I've ever delt with. Should be a negative 5

Used by insurance companies to evaluate your total loss from a wreck and try to get the least amount of payout as possible. Make sure you read 120-2-52-.06 of Georgia regulations to learn what they are REQUIRED to give you!

If i was a business purchasing insurance, I wouldn't want these people settling claims with third parties ON MY BEHALF BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU LOOK BAD. They are just rude and condescending
