Replaced my front spring in December and when I was looking in the engine compartment I saw the top suspension strut nut was nearly of took it back and they charged me £95 for the labour to put it right won't use them again the spring was done in December and not over months ago yes it was done by the aa garage parts and labour but I had to pay for it first and the aa paid me which should not make any difference yes they did it straight away because it was there error and the nut was nearly off i will take it further if they don't refund me i have contacted the trading standards about it the staff I dealt with was the father and they lied about when it was repaired i have the receipt when it was done and the bank statement when it was paid they won't admit that they are in the wrong the person who did it and said he was sorry and would put it right and no mention of me having to pay for it his father had the bad attitude i was going by the consumer act 2015 and my rights he saying that how does he know that I have not messed about with it as I do repairs to it myself yes I do but I do my brakes and discs and there's no reason for me to touch what they had done i contacted the citizens advice bureau after I collected the car i sent them a letter from them to give them 14 days to respond if not further action will be taken no response from them so now I will put it in the trading standards to sort out

Used to be a good place for service, MOT and advice. Not so these days. Very unapproachable and unhelpful. Owner does not like being challenged. When proved wrong/mistaken he walks off..or puts the phone down. Lost all trust and confidence in this outfit. That's two vehicles and two customers they lose as from today.

One of there Van's cut me up today with out indication , then I pulled in to car park and the driver followed me in and asked what the problem , told him there would be no problem if he just *** indicated after he ranted on for 30 seconds i said again just start indicating then he jumped out of his flat bed in front of about 60 witness around and head butted my helmet this driver has anger issues. as I've got it on camera i will be contacting the company later

My mum brought a horse box in, it was there for months and never even got all the work done, in the end we took it to a garage in Middlesbrough where it got fixed within a couple of days no problems or angry phone calls from the owner asking my mum how to tilt the cab to get in the engine! The garage at Middlesbrough even said that dj commercials had cable tied a pump on instead of welding it on

give me a price on the phone of £70 after carrying out the work which took from 8 30 am till 4 30 pm on collection i was given a bill of £192,00 so please guys be carefull when choosing this company ask them for a full price this was for a engine service on my motor home
