Made an appointment with Dave and didn't make it past the desk upon arrival. Very strange encounter with the receptionist lady, unprofessional, obnoxious and directly rude. If you are a new business, looking to ask questions and get ideas of yearly pricing for there services then I would not recommend this accountant. They expect you to sign your name on the line without discussing fees and pricing for different services they offer 'jump in eyes closed and trust us'. The Receptionist is very aggressive and shouldn't be the first point of contact. She was that engrossed in being aggressive she forgot to give my ID and paperwork back. Avoid, complete time wasters.

Same problems yearly, Run arounds, One staff says one thing, another says another and both do nothing as said. Constant chasing and re sending of paperwork. Too much hassle and incompetence.
