A terrible company I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Not even a person I strongly dislike. The guy assigned to me took all my details, pretended to submit an application for an agreement in principle which he never did and I was left waiting around for three weeks thinking he’s working on my application. I knew he didn’t submit the application because I checked my credit file and usually you see recent searches both soft and hard searches but there was none for the period he said my application was refused.

I’m not sure if he was incompetent or he was just a terrible person!! I had to call him each week for an update on my application instead of him calling me or emailing me about the progress of my application. It wasn’t until today that I hadn’t received anything from him that I called him for an update which he didn’t pick up, I had to send him an email telling him his service isn’t needed anymore.

The same agreement in principle he said I was refused has now been done by a more professional practice today.

Stay away from Dale, they are time wasters and totally useless Company.
