They seem to put a minimum amount of effort into winning your case. Make you jump through a load of hoops providing them with witnesses details, employment history ect. I even had to retrieve my own medical records and email them personally because they didn't seem to want to do the work retrieving them themselves. Basically, you're only going to win your case if it's an easy case to win because your solicitor is not going to be on the ball or be willing to put the least amount of effort in.

This lot took a £1000 per letter for a family of 10 to then take another £15000 as the worked so hard to undertake a will that was already wrote out and only needed to do as the wishes expected! Please don't make a will just put it in a trust fund and save yourself getting ripped off by the wrong yins from dallas and mcmillan. Theivs and con artists!! Only getting 1 star as I need to or it would be -£25000 .since they swindled 50% my grans cash in the bank . Trust fund for the win . Don't let them rip u off after you pass ,they wait like a vulture and pray u do
