My wife and I contacted Dalton Edwards over two years ago, at the point where we were looking to explore the option of moving home. Right from the initial call we had with Matt, we were confident that Dalton Edwards were the right people to help us. Matt kindly met with us to discuss our position, taking further information and confirming what we were looking to achieve.

Throughout the process, we encountered several obstacles that unavoidably made the process more complicated than we had anticipated, however Dalton Edwards were absolutely fantastic at each and every stage. Despite our unique position and several factors that made obtaining a mortgage more difficult, nothing was too complicated or too much trouble for Matt. Adding to the mix, several house chains falling through and a global pandemic, it resulted in a process that extended over 2 years. Matt and Jan were always contactable via email and phone and the the regular advise and options that were offered to us were invaluable. Their knowledge, experience and relationships with various lenders was immediately apparent. In particular, the determination, perseverance and patience of Matt and Jan shone throughout. There were many times over the last 2 years where we felt like it would never happen for us, however we have recently completed the purchase of our new home and that is largely down to the involvement of Dalton Edwards. Moving house is never an easy process and we experienced poor service and incompetence from many 'professionals' in the industry, however the service we received from Dalton Edwards could not be more of a contrast. Following the successful mortgage application, Jan went above and beyond to ensure that she was regularly liaising with solicitors and agents involved. This ultimately drove the process forward and gave us confidence that Dalton Edwards were supporting us with our best interests in mind, right the way to completion.

In conclusion, Dalton Edwards were able to secure us a mortgage at a level that exceeded our expectations. The service we received throughout was nothing less than exceptional and their fee was extremely good value for money.

We cannot recommend Dalton Edwards highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
