One of the biggest mistakes in my life was going to this company. They invoiced me before they had even filed my accounts then when they filed them (months late), they sent another invoice over which seems to have increased substantially. I wonder if it's to cover the fines incrued.
I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of coming here to think again - absolutely appaling service

Unfortunately I am having to write this review as no one in the company replies to their clients. I can’t believe how unprofessional the experience has become. They don’t read emails. They promised to complete company accounts by a certain date but didn’t. They then made mistakes on our company accounts and marked many transactions as unpaid in our accounting software, still no reply as to whether they’ll rectify.
They didn’t reply when I asked about my tax return. They didn’t reply to even confirm if they submitted it or not.
They didn’t reply about our confirmation statement and failed to file it with Companies House on time.
I’ve been dealing with Dawn who was very poor, Caroline Hamnet and Catherine Denning. Caroline and Catherine don’t care and don’t reply. Shocking and seriously unprofessional behaviour.

AVOID this company at all cost, they are the worse firm / business I've ever used. They charge you for work with out asking, they bully you, talk down to you, not even the managing partner deals with issues. Don't use this company. All staff need to go on a customer service course. Horrendous experience don't use this firm.

Thanks to Darnells i was able to exceed to new levels with in my business. they would go to any length to help especially Mia she really went above and beyond. i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accountant firm to use Darnells

The one star review it's because they do not make it clear on what they charge
For a small company this can be very stressful
We was charged for phone calls when we thought they would come under general advice
The accounting it's self is top notch but they need to be more transparent on what they charge
