USAA sent an adjuster from this california company to my home in Washington who's estimate means I have zero chance of hiring any contractor to effect repairs. They quoted impossibly low rates on work they wouldn't be doing after a full month of waiting.

A year later I still have a hole in my floor that should've been covered by the insurance I pay for. Every contractor that has had to deal with my USAA insurance has ghosted me.

My personal experience with DMA has been terrible. Haven’t been able to get my representative on the phone once and they’ve been determining if my vehicle is a total loss or not with pictures I sent them over two weeks ago.I’ve left multiple voicemails for her with no avail, my claim Is still open and they haven’t properly communicated with the company that hired them.

It wasn't the claims rep who said they'd call me back but never did. It wasn't the multiple messages I left for a manager who never replied. It wasn't the customer service who kept saying all I need to do is leave a message. It's the fact that my TOTAL CLAIM LOSS is almost 3 months old and there's STILL NO WORD AS TO WHAT'S GOING ON.

Same with other reviewers. I have a claim on Turo which DMA is handling. Their response time is absolutely terrible. Sometimes it would take weeks before I get a reply from the adjuster. My car has been out-of-service for nearly two months now and it's still in the shop and I've only gotten a partial payment from them (~$5000 short).

WELL 3 MONTHS AND A MILLION MESAE AND EMAIL LATER. THE LADY WHO JSUT WOULD NOT CALL BUT SEND INCOMPLETE MEIAL ISNTRUCTIONS RATHER BE TAKEN TO COURT THEN REPLY. IT IS AMAZING HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THESE PEOPLE ARE. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE SPOT ON. ZERO STAR FOR DMA.
