I wouldn’t use again as the poor comms and time wasting has added hundreds to my remortgage payments, largely because I had to find a new mortgage advisor. I could have had the whole thing sorted before the massive interest rate hike if Robin hadn’t avoided answering emails and turned up for agreed appointments.
