Windscreen not covered, lied on the insurance. Says it will cover windscreen but when it comes to claim they say it will be classed as accident and will be your fault and it will effect future premium Not only that you will have to pay full accidentexcessnot the windscreen, Hence just to deter a claimant to NOT to claim for wind screen. Waste of money I would suggest to stay away and find one which covers fully.

After all the faff of getting a quote (why on earth did you need my licence number just for a quote?) computer said no, with no reason why given! My assumption is down to it being a LHD import, I just need insurance for a day for MOT, but it showed up on their drop down list then tells you after its harvested all your details that it can't insure you. Be helpful if you said that first -_- Google directed me straight to the quote page where at no point did it say what sort of vehicles it could or couldn't quote for.

Worst company going took my money and didn’t cover my car don’t use at all complete waste of time cost me impound fees points on my license and had to get cover elsewhere to get my car back no record of the insurance even existed policy number didn’t relate to a policy complete fraudulent company and they still keep taking payments out of my bank with no permission and for no reason these need to be closed down ASAP how can a well established company do this and keep getting away with it

Poor over the phone service, always emailed say new site new design etc. nobody calls you. Over 12 months not one to one call.
Average £127 but sometimes 10 days 2weeks x 2 a month x 12 months average £3050 plus. Not £1 discount not one human phone call not a once of response or respect. I review for myself along with Google.

Let me drive around forc2 days with no insurance and didn't refund the days disgusting company and charges £2 a min to call them avoid at all costs

This is fake I tried getting a quote instead the send me direct to payment and they deducted the amount and when tried to contact them they say that the cannot find any details of me applying please don’t fall for this
