Before you file a claim, ask yourself is this something that DC Home Doctor can handle? And I assure you the answer will be…YES!!!! I wish I’d contacted them prior to filing my claim. But as a claims employee of Allstate, I assumed that the process would be seamless and straightforward.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I handled the claim on my own to the best of my ability, and when that was not enough I contacted DC Home Doctor. I experienced a leak in my kitchen, that caused damage to my cabinets. Allstate, was only willing to settle for a small repair.

Diego came in and was able to have the cabinets & countertop properly appraised. He & his team then compiled the necessary information needed to present Allstate with a counteroffer. They were able to negotiate a fair settlement that allowed me to properly afford my repairs. I was able to replace my cabinets (upper & lower cabinets) and the countertops - that was damaged. I literally only had to submit my information to him, sit back, and relax!

I can’t thank him enough for helping me through this difficult process.

I was very pleased with my experience with DC Home Doctor. They were able to get my roof replacement claim approved within a couple weeks of my first conversation (and I have State Farm). The whole experience was very pleasant, professional and easy. Patrick and the whole team were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of a new roof and believe it can be covered by insurance.
