I'm left wondering if Diane is actually qualified? She is certainly not professional. Diane has refused to communicate with myself or my new accountant in passing over information leaving our CIC at risk of penalties. Her business states "our experienced team prioritises building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency, empowering our clients to make informed decisions." My experience has been the complete opposite. Rather than reduce stress Diane has created it. AVOID.

I requested this company to do a tax return. The information has been filled in incorrectly, they did not send on any follow up information to hmrc which has caused me a number of problems. The owner/accountant did not communicate with me effectively and claimed she had sent information, she hadn't and then refused to return the money I had paid for the service. Given that HMRC have no record of her I do not see how she can claim to have completed my tax return correctly and therefore should return my money so that I can pay an accountant to do the work I requested. I raised a complaint and initally was told she was not speaking about this matter any further now I am told its up to 35 days for a response to my complaint. I don't usually write a bad review however given that my complaint was not addressed and that the information supplied could potentially lead me to a fine I do not want anyone else to suffer this stress. I have also requested evidence of her qualifications and membership of regulatory bodies but I am being refused this information. This makes me question are they qualified to deliver these services.
