Visited today as my moms dentures were rubbing, causing blisters and ill-fitting. The customer service was exceptional, the staff are friendly and helpful and we're happy to help. Dentures were looked at and sorted within 10 minutes! So grateful for this service today and left the shop extremely happy. Thank you to the team!

Had a mishap on the 7th of July 2025 when my partial lower denture snapped in 2 . Phoned my dentist to be told the guy who repairs them is on holiday til 14 th but dentures direct in Bilston do them while you wait ,took Vino Patel (a really nice guy) approximately 30 -35 minutes and back in my mouth again not afraid to smile again highly recommended Thank you Vino

Writing this review on behalf of my nan Mrs mansell.

She said the gentleman that she dealt with today was absolutely wonderful couldn't do enough for her and she left over the moon having had a slight accident with her teeth.

Safe to say she'll recommend to her many many friends and will certainly go back if needed again in future.

Highly recommend this business,very friendly and knowledgeable and doesn’t rip you off.Broke my bottom denture on the day i was going on holiday but Vin repaired them while I waited.one thing to note don’t try to fix them yourself with super glue in doesn’t work and can make a proper repair impossible,i was lucky and he managed to fix it.Thanks very much I will be using you in future.

Vino is a marvel, my bottom set of dentures snapped and I was distraught, I googled to see where the nearest place to get them fixed that was open on a Saturday, I rang Dentures Direct and was told to come in. Vino fixed them while I waited, he even strengthened them. Such fantastic customer service, as far as I'm concerned 5 star service is to low but that's all I could put.
