Just had a blow out with Devin Direct, after 8 weeks they had still not refunded me for a change in policy.

I had contacted them several times to get this resolved, but the timescales went on until I threatened to take this up with the industry Ombudsman.

Low and behold, suddenly the payment had just came through to them! Is it a coincidence they did not refund me for 8 weeks, and when I went to the Ombudsman to complain about this the time scale was - YES - 8 weeks!

Really shoddy, they do not look out for you, but are happy to take your money instantly - but a refund is 2 months!
