DFC Property Management are, and have always been excellent property managers. They manage the block of flats that we own one of and have served us very well over the years. They are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and attentive, unlike many property managers. I really can't say enough about them other than to say that if you are looking for a company to manage your property, they are an excellent choice.

DFC Property Management Ltd have provided high quality management of the buildings and grounds of my leasehold flat (which is part of a block of 4 buildings) for many years. The maintenance is well scheduled, always professionally undertaken and any planned works are communicated clearly. As a result the entire development of buildings and grounds are in excellent condition which, in turn, retains the resale value of the leasehold properties and the attractiveness of their location.

Always amazing service. My block of flats is very well maintained, especially the shared gardens. A lot of my friends have shared horror stories of issues with their managing agents. Can’t fault DFC. In a market flooded with notoriously bad management agents, DFC are a breath of fresh air…

Recently our tenant got stuck in the lift at a property managed by David Fitness, we believed the invoice from Pickering's to be excessive. Many calls later, to Tina and Pickering's, Tina kindly fought the battle on our behalf, saving £300..

Our flat has Insufficient Insulation, I originally reported this issues in Sept 2024. I've had to contact this company multiple times for updates. The last time was Dec. I was told someone would contact me within the week. It's now Feb 2025.

We have been using DFC for several years and the improvement since the change of management a few years ago has been significant and for the better. We tend to actually undertake as much as possible ourselves and as we do we rely hugely on the professionalism of DFC throughout. Always efficient, always business like and friendly. We use other managing agents too but this one is the best, of that there is no doubt.

My property is currently managed by Yolanda and her team at DFC. I first asked Tina for some maintenance quotes and to book work in for roof repairs on 3rd of Oct 23 and its now 12th May 24 and im 37 emails in still trying to get my mess of a roof fixed. All I wanted is a quote and to get the work booked but as of yet, just even to get a quote, that proves to be a 8 month monumental task for the team here.
I've been polite, incredibly patient and calm even as the water damage continues, mold and fungi grow and continues to eat at and rot the beams in my roof. All in hope for one job just to get booked in before the costs mount.
Needless to say I'm incredibly unsatisfied with the service and quality of provided here but would be happy to be proved wrong moving forwards.
