Happy with the setup process, really helped at a time where I couldn’t manage my debts.

Haven’t been overly impressed with the overall management and general customer service since then. I have had issues with a payment going to an incorrect creditor. Almost every time I have a review scheduled no one has called me to carry it out, often resulting in missed work opportunities having had to shuffle my day around etc.

However I have had a good dealing today with Liam from the resolutions team, who pointed me to the settlement team VIA a colleague who carried out my review at short notice, which has prompted the review. They were all quite helpful and addressed some of my concerns and I am awaiting a positive resolution which I look forward to.

Been with DFH since 2022 and have had a great experience since day one! From the initial contact to sort my debts out to every year at my annual review they have been great! They have often checked up after I have disclosed personal issues I’ve been going through and have kept me up to date and helped to liaise with my debtors to minimise contact with myself which was having a massive toll on my mental health. They have been absolutely great and often checked to see if I was eligible for other solutions. I’m now coming to the end of my plan but will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with handling their debts! Thank you DFH for really lifting a weight off my shoulders!

I have been paying a debt repayment plan with DFH for a few years now. At first I was very anxious and upset having got myself into debt and very scared about what might happen. All of the agents I spoke to did their best to calm my nerves and make me feel at ease. I've now got just under a year left to pay and I am so looking forward to finally being debt free. I could not have done this without the help of DFH and their wonderful agents. Everybody I have communicated with have been cheerful, helpful and extremely positive. I would recommend DFH to anybody who is struggling. They have always been very understanding of my anxieties and very patient with me over the phone. Thank you DFH ❤️

These reviews helped me to decide to try DFH a few years ago. It was the best decision ever!
It’s an excellent service, takes all the pressure, no letters, calls from creditors.
Always nice advisors, they never judged, very flexible, we’ve changed the dates and amounts if we needed to a smaller/bigger amount on a later date. Never been a problem.
We are finally debt free thanks to DFH. We are appreciate all you help! Thank you!

I used this company since the pandemic. However I would avoid. Firstly they're very pushy to get you signed on. Communication is none existent between staff members. They tell you when you join it will be paid of in X amount of years. However at each annual review these years was not going down. Probably due to the amount of money they take each month for providing such little service. In the end I stopped this company and contacted the creditors myself and paid off my outstanding debt within 12 months. I’ve now began legal proceedings due to the company lying over numerous telephone calls just so they can get more money out of people and put them in a worse off situation. I would kindly avoid DFH and deal with creditors directly by setting up a payment plan that’s affordable by yourself.

I couldn't recommend DFH enough, they were there when I was in a very miserable place and couldn't see a way out of the mess I'd got myself in. I've been with them a few years now and i'm only a year or so away from completion. The staff are amazing; helpful, kind, don't judge and answer every question you have.
