Richard at DVAC was great in walking me through the DV claim process when my Porsche 718 Spyder got hit. His appraisal report came back with an estimate of $11,000 diminished value and I submitted a claim for that amount (with the report) which the insurance company paid without a fight. He also answered some other questions I had unrelated to my DV claim. Super helpful. I highly recommend DVAC.

Very pleasant experience!
This was my first accident ever and only knew about diminished value from a family friend who told me to be sure to have a diminished value claim done. So going into it I knew little to nothing about the diminished value process. Richard Taylor, the managing director for DVAC, did an exceptional job of walking me through the process and explaining every single detail of how the process would play out. While explaining it he went as far as asking the question I should be asking and then go on to answer the question. Which I really appreciated because I didn’t even know what questions I should be asking. After deciding to go through DVAC for my diminished value estimate they were able to get the estimate delivered to me same day. I forwarded the estimate to insurance. Within 3-5 days insurance approved the estimate no questions asked and sent me a check.. really happy I decided to go with DVAC they really made the entire process quick and easy. Highly recommend this place especially for first time diminished value claims.

We contacted Richard Taylor after having an accident with other parties' fault. He was very friendly and helpful and specified what information he needed from the body shop that did the repair. After receiving this information Richard produced a detailed appraisal of the car's diminished value that we submitted to the other driver's insurance. They required 4 weeks to do their own appraisal and came back with a compromise offer that was only slightly less than Richard's appraisal.
So that was a pleasant ending to an unfortunate accident and with Richard's help we got through it smoothly. Highly recommended!!

The guy was rude on the phone and took to long to reply. And I had someone else who cost less and was done hours prior to the response here. So for me it was a no go. I used marconis in St George utah. Better price better service very pleased with the results.
