Dionne provides a great service. She's taken me through the process of remortgaging. This was the first time I had switched mortgages rather than staying with the same lender, so it really set me at ease to have her wraparound support. She discussed my situation and agreed the best product and term with me. She also looked over other financial products with me, explaining why they could be an option but never with any pressure.

Throughout the process Dionne has tracked mortgage rates and updated me to a better deal. She is available all of the time (in working hours) and makes a point of checking in and updating you on any progress. I believe Dionne has saved me hundreds of pounds compared to me going it alone.
