Without doubt the easiest and best Gap insurance company to deal with. Used them many times, their customer service, efficiency and understanding is refreshing.

I've used Direct Gap for many years. Their website is very easy to use & offer great value for money. On occasion when needed to speak to customer service, have always found them very friendly & helpful. Spoke to Paul today, who clarified something I'd misunderstood. Wish all customer service agents at other companies were like him. Would definitely recommend Direct Gap.

I recently took possession of a new car, I got in touch with Motor Gap, the insurance company I already had a policy with. Originally on my first policy taken in January 2022 I had dealt with Hayley, she was first class. Diane Speak was the young lady that helped me this time.
