Made a claim for lost hand luggage and it took the company 5 weeks to respond and essentially find ways not to pay out. How they have a defaqto 5 star rating is shocking. Would not recommend.

We always get our travel insurance through direct travel. Great customer service. Talk you through all if the policy and always find the best for your needs. We normally get a couple policy but today I bought a group policy for the family. Was really happy with the price I was quoted. Lauren the lady that I dealt with was very polite and very good customer service from her. Definitely recommend travel direct.

Harrison gave me great customer service over seversl calls. He went through everything thoroughly and at a pace that suited me.
He gave me detailed responses to all my queries about medical issues, the cover provided, and anything not clear to me after reading the policy wording. He was polite, professional and courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. Top marks.
