One star is too generous. Been a customer for many years, can never get through to anyone whether for a new quote, renewal or discuss payments. Terrible service and would NOT recommend even 1 star as there is no service to go off. Charges are always increasing and including fees for automated services. It's a joke.

I had a family of two adults and 7 children suffer two roofs needing replacement, I have never claimed before, I have never claimed before and explained the genuine claim having a quote from a reliable roofer. A representative came out and after a day refused the claim leaving 7 children with the roof dripping in!! Disgusting! What's is the point if you cannot claim for genuine emergencies !! Not recommended !!

Had a policy with them for 5 years, every year renewal documents come through wrong and I have to phone to update details. This time I updated details to the correct information and they said they would call back to take payment. 2 days later I phoned again to make payment to be told the would phone back. 3rd time I asked to make a complaint as no call backs only to be told the complaints team will call back within 3 days.......guess what, still no call back. Time to look for a new insurer

Terrible, so terrible!!!! So hard to get to speak to anyone. On the phone, you get placed in the queue like 38th position. You can spend your whole day or days, waiting. Documents that were issued to me after I set up the policy didnt have Contacts for Customer Service, so had to google and spent hours trying to figure out how I can cancel the policy.
. You dont know who to contact to , Discount Insurance, or Arthur Gallagher? Or Premium Credit. Just so confusing. Can never get insurance from them, ever

We had obvious damage from the storm earlier this year and they are still questioning a straighforward claim months later and not responding to emails. All the other insurances compensated without difficulty for this MET classified storm. Avoid this insurance company!

Don't use this company. I took out insurance last year with them and then had an email this year asking me if I wanted to renew to call them. I had made other arrangements and ignored the request as they had said call them if I wanted to renew. What I didn't know hidden in the small print is if you don't call them and cancel you will still be charged for the following year! I have now had a bill from them for £139.88 which I think is disgraceful AVOID!!

Maybe if I had read the bad reviews first I may not have used them. I now have two properties insured with them but have never claimed. I have just been dealing with Sunny, an extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful young man so I can't work out why everyone says the staff are rude. I have only bothered because they deserve a good review.

Used 9 years, no claim as well. But in 2022 this year they raised premium up nearly double. The customer service representative took me it was due to the inflation.

I was not living in Turkey wasn't I.

Then shipped around, found an alternative even cheaper than last year.

They kept calling for a few days, ignored bye
