I love Dixon Gibbs and have used them for a number of years. I initially used their service as the original owner was a close friend. I have carried on using their services as Marianne ( as successor) does a wonderful job with diligence and good humour. Marianne is highly capable, well informed, client focussed and very professional. My accounting involves some overseas complexity and Marianne ensures she does her research to give me the correct information whilst ensuring she stresses that this is a UK tax viewpoint and I should check things out with the overseas tax authority too. Dixon Gibbs are very patient with me as I get caught up in projects and then focus on accounts and send lots of queries all at once.... They are very good at explaining things to me when I don't understand something and I grant them access to our software to do work as required. Our payroll is always processed on time with advance notice given to me about any deadlines.
