Collection and return of vehicle good.
Protective transfer applied to rear bumper poor quality finish (unacceptable?). (See picture)
Alloy wheels written on for identification and not cleaned off (see picture)
White cleaner left all over interior - dash, seats mainly (see pictures)

This has been an amazing operation. The firm (when they contacted me ),were approachable & excellent communicators.I have been kept informed throughout the whole process.. they have kept me well informed via text,email and telephone. I was supplied with a courtesy car when my car was collected & taken to be repaired and returned efficiently & quickly.
The car has really high quality repairs.A big thank you for your expertise and customer service. I hope that I don't ever require your services again,(!) ,but I'd highly recommend you as a very professional outfit.

I was very pleased with the service I received from DLG with regard to the repairs to my car following a minor accident. They made the whole process very simple. I was kept up to date with progress, the repairs were completed quickly and were spot on - you would never know the car had been damaged. They even collected and returned my car which was great. They also cleaned it prior to returning it which was very much appreciated. Thank you for doing a great job ?

First of all I didn’t select you use this garage my car insurance did.
My car was taken in on the 17th September 2024 The date of when the work would be completed kept changing which I expect there to be some delays but letting me know the car wasn’t ready on the date of the estimated date you gave me is just lack of customer service.
Then come find my car had been driven for 3.7 miles - 30mins on the day they advised it would be ready so after not hearing from them at about 3pm I called them to see if my car was ready as I can see from the VW app the car was driven to be told no it was not ready and when I questioned the fact it had been driven I was told it would of just been test driven around the forecourt. So again she advised me of another expected date for completion.
5 weeks later the day comes on my 40th birthday that my car is ready and will be delivered the very next day between 1pm-4pm. Great so the lady goes into asking for the £100 excess payment which I pay without hesitation. But I mention the fact my car was driven and for how long and how much fuel was used and asked would they be putting the fuel back in. I was then told it was driven as a test drive to make sure the car was good and they can test drive around it for up to 50mins of needs be - I ask her to check the system for when this was done so I can see if it matches the day the car was take for a 30min drive - and they don’t match up , I asked her why would they test drive it then if since the day of the test drive you kept the car for another week
We agree to a £30 compensation to put back the fuel used. Then come to see on my WV app 10mins after speaking with her my car went on a 56min drive 5miles. - and they now say this was the standard test drive they can do. Again using my fuel which they refuse to replenish.
I would never use this garage or recommend them. I have see a mix bag of reviews on Google and the service I received is less than satisfactory.

We took our car to DLG Auto services for repairs our car after a road traffic accident, they were the repair shop used by Churchill insurance for my area. The booking process was very good and the car was seen to in a couple of days with the repair only taking around a week. We got the car back and everything seemed great, however, the paint from certain angles looks uneven and bumpy, as if a chip hasn’t been sanded flat before repainting and the automatic boot release no longer works even though it did whilst the car was damaged after the collision.

Excellent from start to finish. Brilliant job matches by terrific communication from the company at every stage. Delivery and pick up drivers could not have been more helpful and personable. A first class customer experience. My thanks to everyone involved. A very happy customer ☺️
