From start to finish, I was informed of the process and progress of what was happening to my much loved low mileage very rare V220d short sport. I was extremely pleased it wasn’t written off and expertly repaired with 5 years guarantee. Job very well done with all employees that I had contact with ,we’re all very professional and proactive in customer care and satisfaction.

Had an insurance claim go for this company. The service is very good. Very well organised. It was a bit tricky to get things sorted. It takes a lot of calls. But their work was impeccable. They ended up doing an interior clean as well just to check everything I’m very impressed.
