Good luck dealing with this company. I had to deal with them for 3 and a half MONTHS. I called EVERY SINGLE DAY and left multiple emails and not ONE call/email was returned. This unresponsiveness left me feeling neglected and frustrated, questioning the COMPETENCE and professionalism of the adjuster I was dealing with. I sent her all the evidence of the accident and she somehow managed to forget to send it over to her manager. Two months later I’m finally able to get in contact with some random person who works for this company and they mentioned that my adjuster had never sent the evidence. After dealing with them for 3 & 1/2 months they decide to deny coverage. The adjuster and this company were the most useless people I’ve had to deal with. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of customer care in a crucial service like this. If your adjuster is Melisa Mejia…I’m so sorry for you. It was honestly so difficult to get in contact with anyone. I recommend you obtain the adjuster’s supervisors number from the start or else you’ll never get in contact with anyone.

Had the very unfortunate opportunity to deal with this company. This is not an honest company in the least. Chose to total our car, that their client hit and then did their very best to force us to use our own insurance company. They wanted us to take back our own totaled car and not give anywhere near what it was worth. In communicating with the final agent, she was actually proud of her company's dishonest practices. Hopefully you never have to deal with them. This company actively seeks to purposefully NOT to the right thing.

I’ve worked in customer service and insurance before. Never have I dealt with such an awful company. Horrible, delayed communication with adjusters and even management who will not return your calls. I have reported this company to the Texas and California department of insurance. Should be out of business soon

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible communication from the company. It’s been two months the adjuster has not returned any of my phone calls or emails and neither has her supervisor. If your Adjuster is named Angela Mize or claims director Trish Johnson good luck getting a hold of them.

the company deserves a zero star. My car was hit by the driver who is insured with DMA. I tried to called the company to get my car fixed. Even though i left hundreds of messages in 8 days but there is no response at all. I'm still waiting for your respopnse ... If you're "unlucky" to get involve with the this DMA company, be sure to have your attorney to work with them. This company should be out of business for irresponsibility and unprofessional.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No response to voice messages or emails. Claims rep was rude and curt when I was able to talk to her. Requested photos taken on my phone with their app three time's and still no response. App does not allow you to have access to your own photos taken by your own phone. Took two and a half weeks to get a decision from them. Owner of other vehicle should be held reponsible for letting an uninsured unlicensed person use their car. I ultimately had to resort to filing uninsured motorists claim on my own insurance because this company refused to step up and do the right thing. Run don't walk away from this company!

I wish no stars were an option. Our car was hit by a driver whose insurance uses DMA to process the claims. I think we are week 5+ now. It took 4 weeks to hear anything despite our constant calls. After that we got a check for 1400 where the best deal we have found to fix it is 3200. We dont have any level of confidence that we will receive the difference. In addition they did decide to offer a rental for the time the car is in the shop. They totally ignored the first 5+ weeks with limited transportation, and now they have decided that a corolla is sufficient for our family of 6 to replace our minivan while it is in the shop. The claims adjuster has been very non responsive, extremely hard to get in touch with. I wish I didnt have to deal with this company, but as the accident was caused by the other driver I havent had a choice. Im sorry if you have to deal with them as they should be for offering such poor service.
