The team at Douglas insurance are an extremely pleasant and highly professional company to deal with.
Great knowledge and expertise, they give you the correct advise and cover needed.
I had a commercial claim with Douglas insurance and it was sorted, done, finished with absolutely no stress at all. They were with me through the whole process. We have used large corporate insurance companies for many years, with no service and very little interest. You definitely get good old fashioned personal service from this company.
Would without doubt highly recommend this company.

What a simply wonderful (but increasingly rare) family firm and insurance service ! My father, my brother and I have all used D.I.S. over the years and the one mistake I made was to go for a mainstream insurance company instead of them. Never again. PEOPLE, not computers or faceless call centre operatives but PEOPLE. Expert, professional and lovely staff who will sort out all the problems for you. This sort of service is well worth the money, everyday of the week. If I had used Douglas Insurance I would have saved almost £10,000 and 3 years of frustration. Thoroughly recommended !!

cheaper is not always better. found this out myself used douglas insurance whose personal service was excellent, helping through problems and supporting through issues. Moved to cheaper online insurance for many years, unfortuantely had another incident which was a nightmare and remains unpaid. Back with douglas insurance now, whilst i hope not to have any more incidents, nice to have peace of mind that i know i'm covered properly and will get proper support should anything occur in the future.
