Absolutely shocking service. Did not even attempt to deliver 2 days in a row (paid next day delivery), post a picture of some random street I’ve never seen. What’s the point in adding what.3.words or descriptions and everything else they ask for when they clearly don’t even look at it. Phoned them to log a complaint and they told me no and that no one would follow up my concerns.

If you order something and they ship it through DPD save yourself the hassle and just cancel order it somewhere else.

Never felt the need to complain but the service provided by this courier is truly appalling. Driver said I wasn't in when in reality they didn't even bother trying to attempt delivery, which was then confirmed by customer services (who I assume checked the vans tracking at the time of said delivery). The lady on the phone said that due to this they will attempt redelivery today and the depot will be in touch within the hour. Time went on and I contacted them again only to have an extremely belligerent advisor telling me there's nothing that can be done. I even offered to drive to the depot and if they could put me in touch with the depot itself to arrange collection but he somehow got angry with me despite his company being the ones at fault. Paid a premium for the delivery only to be treated very poorly.

My Parcel was shown as delivered. But it wasnt. They posted a photo of a House Front door, that wasnt mine, as proof of delivery. Photo attached.

Don't bother we have had nothing but trouble with dpd. They can't seem to find our address we are right in the town centre. That's extremely bad gor a delivery company.

Left 1/4 mile from our front door. Both my husband and myself are not well disgraceful all they had to do was drive to the house and unload it!?!?!?

The most inept delivery company in the UK. Three failed deliveries due to me being 'unable to provide pin no' despite them not even coming to my property. Some of the drivers are inherently dishonest

Been waiting for a phone since end of October to be delivered and gone back to Xiaomi once. After saying they will deliver many times on their website. They Havant or Havant been bothered.

I had a parcel with Dpd and the delivery driver didn’t knock on my door but instead proceeded to take a picture of the block of flats I live in from his van and drive of, didn’t knock on my door nothing and when going online to track my parcel it told me I couldn’t rebook delivery and I have to go to collect.
When collecting got advised that I can’t collect it and need to download the app for my re delivery because you can only do it that way but yet it takes you to the internet to do so and still can’t get my parcel when this was meant to be a Christmas preasent and this person haven’t received it still 2 days after Christmas.

Horrible experience. The driver didn't even come past my house/street to attempt delivery, and said "we missed you", while I was waiting at the door all day, after cancelling my work today. I phoned the depot asap and they said they'll ask the driver to send it today itself, but didn't send it. Now I have to cancel my work tomorrow to collect it. (It's a 1000£+ purchase, and only delivers to my home address).

Delivery driver, found my address, came to the house delivered one parcel successfully and took the other with him. About a minute later he updated tracking to say I wasn’t in.

The next day, he updated tracking to say he couldn’t find my address.

Spoke to depot, they promised delivery the next day Saturday.

Saturday comes no delivery. Now planned for Monday. Utterly useless company. Better off saving money and using Hermes/evri, who have improved drastically whilst DPD have gotten worse and worse.

Unfortunately, my experience with this courier company has been negative. Packages are often held in the warehouse without any explanation, and the scheduled delivery dates keep getting postponed. On top of that, the couriers change the delivery times to later hours, which is very inconvenient, especially when you have to plan your day around receiving a parcel. This level of service feels unprofessional and really reduces trust in the company. I hope they improve their logistics and communication with customers.

I am the epson service centre in swansea. This company has failed us once again. I have a furious customer waitimh for their replacement printer which did not get dekivered and although it is ar the depot the refuse to let me in and are goimg to send it baxk to epson.

I received a text message stating that I would receive my order between 15:15 and 16:15. However, at 15:30, I received an email saying that they had attempted delivery but I was not home. I was actually there at the time. The delivery person posted photos of the wrong address without checking with me and left my package at a shop in Swansea. I live in the city, and I had to pay £20 in taxes to go there and collect it. This has been the worst delivery experience; they are terrible!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
