One of the worst experiences I have ever had working with drake consultancy, who also align with Catbrook finance. They fail to deliver on work, make false promises which they don’t deliver on time and their customer service is shambolic. I was trying to get an application sorted which should take maximum 1 week but took almost 4 weeks, and then they put the phone down on me when I tried to get an update, despite me paying for the service. Their team was always hostile and frosty and very unprofessional. 100% AVOID. Complete waste of time and set me back massively with their disgraceful service.
