Waste of time and money to be honest. Our wedding got cancelled by our venue and none of our losses were covered, not a penny. Email them and never received a response. On hold for ever if you call. I just wouldn't bother with this company to be honest.

I appreciate that it is obviously a very busy time for insurance companies with covid. However, I first raised my claim on the 17th March and as yet still have not received any further communication from them. My partner and I have now sent 6 emails chasing and have had no response. It’s absolutely embarrassing! Avoid wasting your money with this broker!

Our coach company failed to turn up to collect guests after our wedding. Clear-cut failure of supplier. Supplier dragged their feet refunding so we filed an insurance claim. Voyager/Dreamsaver closed the claim and said it was up to us to take it up with the supplier. Very disappointing.

Terrible, we have wedding insurance with them. It takes HOURS to get through to them and when you do they offer no answers. We've been waiting since MARCH to hear if they will pay our claim. Left us in a very difficult and stressful situation. We thought we did the right thing getting insurance but apparently it was pointless 🙁
