The DVSA Motto Keeping Britain moving, safely and sustainably.
THE REALITY: A ridiculously OTT theory test that is ACTIVELY preventing those of lower comprehension and learning disabilities from being able to drive.
How did it ever get this crazy?
Just disgusting abuse of decent honest people who would make perfectly safe drivers.
Social mobility is being controlled by big money and it is NOT reasonable.

Third world institution that resides over an MOT test that is not fit for purpose. MOT testers go through an exam that even a school child could pass. Better for all if this public funded entity did not exist

Bot is useless, says that all agents are busy try again later, making me repeat my case twice within one round - instead of adding me to a queue. Phone line instantly disconnects after stating busy.
I have sent my application details form more than a month ago yet their platform still states that they have mot received it. Post is NOT delayed this much in my area. Disgustingly unefficient, unreachable company.

They do my cpc card ages, looking for info which they got 3 times. But still looking for it. To open email, they need weeks, if not months. Very bad experience with them. Every time you ring them, they dont know anything, and tells to wait 2 weeks more. They dont care that its over month. Keep waiting. Start working first. So one is to much

Absolute joke of an organisation. Let’s driving instructors that do crosswords and fall asleep when teaching continue, whilst getting rid of Instructors with above average pass rates as teaching pupils to pass test clearly does not matter! Well done government for letting another regulated area become more incompetent!

A disorganised, inefficient gaggle of fustilarians who can't get anything done properly. These people spend good taxpayers money and it is nigh impossible to book any form of test whatsoever. The DVSA should be ashamed of how unbelievably useless they have proved to be in this post COVID time. Seriously chaps, have some class and sort your act out.
