Absolute disgusting service from both surgery and doctors..
Right the way through all parts of the surgery. Manager says they are getting better as handover been lots of problems I've waited 6 months to improve but only got worse and even worse.

Made appointments only to turn up and not
be booked in, asked to collect prescriptions from pharmacy and have not been drawn up on multiple occasions, made appointments only to be shuffled over to a nurse, said would call on phone appointment doctors never called, wrong medicines given, have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, doctors misdiagnosed and rediagnosed by different doctor as something different.

All in all awful and worried to go back certainly would never recieve a smear test again as all hygiene fails

Me and my partner came in today, we had our smear tests one of the most invasive procedures a woman can have, Lucy was absolutely amazing she made us feel relaxed and even helped us with all questions that we asked. Absolutely amazing nurse. Lucy should be made aware how amazing she is. I recommend anyone to see this lady, couldn’t recommend more if I tried. Thank you Lucy your worth your weight in gold.

Absolutely disgusting how my partner has been treated, left with a nasty ear infection for over 2 weeks, given antibiotic spray, then normal antibiotics when those didn't work ear swab taken and left for days without anything for pain , no antibiotics or answers, just told to keep waiting. He is in agony, trying to work 13 hour shift, with a pus filled ear and keeps getting told that the nurse knows he has ran out of antibiotics and still has the infection and someone will get back to him. When? How long is he supposed to feel this ill? How is he supposed to work like this?
