I honestly, wish I could give the Banchory team 10 stars on Google, as 5 stars doesn’t quite seem enough - the team are fantastic. It was my first time using Duncan and Todd Opticians and I can’t recommend the Banchory branch enough, it is such a friendly and welcoming environment as a customer. I personally feel each person I spoke with went above and beyond to assist me. From my initial telephone call through to my appointments and aftercare, the team provided such wonderful, kind, informative and professional customer service. I shall be visiting the Banchory branch for all future eye appointments. Thank you so much. ✨

hello family friends followers of my reviews people of the earth barry allan here huge reviewer of food restaurants customer service a lot of things but today folks im reviewing an optician please read on.....Set in the lovely village of banchory is duncan and todd opticians and walking in the shops bright and breezy with a large array of frames very clean and nice the ladys there the team Jenny Angie and Lauren are so friendly and upbeat theres a nice vibe in the shop and your guarenteed your gonna get fantastic customer service an excellant pair of glasses expertly brought together by the team honesty and friendliness from the ladys and their prices are very very good what more can be said folks these optomotory lovers are fantastic i highly recommend them thankyou ladys peace barry allan MCG

I have attended opticians since 1992 and can say without contradiction that this one is the worst I have ever experienced. Professional is undoubtedly alien to them. I am currently seeking advice from appropriate bodies regarding their practices.
