I had two solid Rock Doors installed in anthracite grey and a new kitchen window. I must say they look amazing and we are extremely pleased with the end product. The quality is of a very high standard and the installation lads (Chris and Brett) did an excellent professional job.
We had a fantastic deal on the doors that ran throughout July so I must also thank Rachel our sales representative for selling us the deal. Rachel also kept us fully informed throughout and was very knowledgeable on the products - so thanks DW Windows, highly recommended.

DW Windows fitted me a Rockdoor 3 years ago. It's been fine, except in the last month or so there was an intermittent fault with the lock.

I put a call in, but cancelled since the fault went away, but the MD insisted on coming out anyway, replaced the lock for free and spent 30 minutes helping me understand how to maintain the door.

Initial contact was brilliant, couldn't fault them. Arrived when they said they would and gave us a detailed quote. We agreed to 0% finance for a patio window, second visit we were told the finance company had changed and we needed to increase our order to gain the 0%, this was ok with us as we had intended more windows to be replaced in the future anyway so we happy to agree. Date was set and windows arrived. One whole day to fit two small windows and the two men working for DW confirmed they couldn't fit the patio window due to measurementsand not their fault. Arrived less than a week later with two new men who were brilliant, they worked so hard and the patio was fitted. I arrived home and noticed the handle wasn't the one we'd ordered. Contacted DW but as it was Christmas was told it would be in the new year. Between myself and my partner I've lost count of the emails and messages left to DW to chase up where our replacement handle is, we are now in April and still no handle and no update. I'd say this company were great at the beginning, dipped in the middle and dropped at the end. Simple job of changing a handle and it's simply not a priority. For this reason we won't be using them for the remainder of our house. Shame. Any update on our handle would be appreciated

Twice this year we have used DW Windows following a recommendation. When wanting to book, the office ran a simple telephone quote for a UPVC door chosen online, there was no pressure to commit or spending hours inside our home it was so quick and hassle free. We then went into their showroom to finalise, but chose a different style door, again it was hassle free booking. In January, we had our new back door fitted by Matt. Matt was great, he did a lovely job fitting and we were really pleased with the finish. We had a minor imperfection on the outside of the door which I reported to the office and they sent someone out to fix it.
This month (May) we have had our new front door fitted. We already had a composite door in place fitted by another company, less than 2 years ago which was a shambles. I won't spoil DW Windows review by boring you with the details, but it was definitely time to get a new front door. Again, we visited the showroom, chose the door we wanted and booked it in with Craig. Craig was super helpful in informing us of the ideal finishing touches to match the door nicely and again it was booked in with ease. This week, we have had the pleasure of Aaron and Dan fitting the door. They are two great guys who have gone above and beyond in finishing the job. We are so pleased with the outcome yet again. The guys worked so hard, in the rain, and did not cut corners. They provided a professional service, and DW should be (and no doubt are) proud to have such great fitters on their team. Gary, the surveyor recommended we have these fitters as unfortunately he does know the boring details of our other fitting experience and I am so pleased he did.
Thanks to the whole team at DW for restoring our faith in workmanship. I would recommend you every time!!!

My initial enquiry led to a sales visit that was comprehensive this was followed by a surveyor for the installation team. When I was satisfied and my order placed, I was given a firm date for fitting. I was directed to a personal webpage to follow my order progress.

The fitter Mathew arrived on time and fitted my new front door in a couple of hours. He was efficient and there was no mess. My old door and frame was taken away.

I am absolutely delighted, the colours, the fittings, and the glazing are beautiful and seem far more vibrant than the brochure images.

The door fits perfectly and it works!!! Five new keys are a bonus and I have registered them for the guarantees.

The finish on the inside of the frame is sublime! I expected to have to redecorate but no, it is a far better finish than before.
