This company contacted me in November 2024, regarding a claim been made against me by a former landlord whose property i moved out of in March 2023. False claims are been made against myself, which i'm now having to defend. This company are absolutely useless. Their communication skills are atrocious. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted them on the 26th of February and have sent 6 further emails to which I've had no response. I'm getting letters threatening me with court action if I don't engage with them, yet they are not responding to me. It's a para-legal that I'm dealing with Sara Riazat, who is giving me the impression she has no clue what she is doing. Countless mistakes in the paper work. Changing the goal posts in regards to dates, giving me less time than previously granted. When I questioned the validity of invoices that have been produced as evidence, I was told in no uncertain terms, it's up to me to proof they are fraudulent. They were just not interested. I have been sending over my defense and have asked after every email to just confirm they are been recieved. I've sent 5 now, very extensive, indepth emails, and I've had zero replies from them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Stay clear of these COWBOYS and check out there other reviews, I'm not the only one having problems!
ZERO STARS DESERVED!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. on the 21st of November I received a letter from these cowboys saying I was getting taken to court. I contacted "Sara Riazat" (who I have to say has not got a clue what she is doing) her grammar in her letters is terrible loads of mistakes not good for a solicitor. I had a few conversations with her the last call was on Wednesday the 4th of December were she told me she was busy and would call me back at 12 the next day with a update. I heard nothing else until I received another letter on the 7th of February saying we have 7 days to get back to her or its going to court and apparently we were not communicating with her, I went on to make 10 further calls and left voicemails no reply I left 2 messages with the main office no reply. 3 weeks later (yesterday) she finally calls me. what a terrible attitude she has I could not get a word in with her, she told me I had until the 5th of March to get back to her, I then received a email saying we have till friday (clearly changing the goalposts again) I would advise anyone to stay well clear of these "COWBOYS" and look for a higher qualified bunch of solicitors

If any1 needs any more information about them get in touch!!

They are the defendants attorney. They lie and have tried to bully be even flat out threatening me. They have no idea what they’re doing. Can’t get anything from their client and even when information is sent recorded delivery they claim ignorance. Do not pay these people your hard earned money. Find a real firm.

I had a a big company rip me off nearly £2000, it was such a stressful time, Heather and Molly went above and beyond, they were prompt, they even reminded me to reply to an email to speed the process up, my experience with solicitors is the opposite and usually trying to avoid work, not Heather. Genuinely amazing team there I would insist that they were my team again but hopefully I'm never in that situation again!

Thank you, I'm a sole trader and this was nearly a months wages!

Undoubtedly the worst service imaginable.....Do not use this so called firm of solicitors.
Unbelievably poor communication and lack of professionalism.

My family paid in excess of £5000.00 to perform a simple probate on my late parent's estate.
Having been assured that they would ensure that all of my parent's savings accounts/ bank accounts and life assurance policies would be dealt with and everything, including the sale of their house (which thankfully they had nothing to do with) would be put through probate and registered with H.M.R.C. we now find ourselves nearly 3 years later still dealing with their incompetence.
Right from the start we had difficulty getting any responses from anyone and had to chase up every email and every document sent, with endless emails and phone messages........which were never returned.
My parents where not the Beckhams , but had a few savings and pensions that they had amassed having run a small family business for 50 years.
Every account number and policy was handed over, but still I had to contact each and every company myself in order to complete the probate application.
Each delay (over an 18 month period) was met with "oh sorry, we are struggling with Hybrid working !!"........
Having done all the hard work for them, we were hit with an invoice for £5000.00 plus, which ironically was the only correspondence and paperwork that they dealt with promptly.
12 months after begrudgingly paying, we were contacted by HBOS and Zurich to say that they, DWF had missed 2 accounts which held in the region of £60,000., which we would never have seen.
Having paid for the service, I am now finding that I am having to prove everything again (Identity of all the trustees and benefactors, one of whom lives abroad and also re-register with HMRC again).
I have subsequently contacted DWF to ask, why they had not claimed this money and included it in probate, only to find that the two muppets who dealt with the case had left.
Eventually I contacted an Ian Sydenham (partner) to ask what we paid our £5000 for and was effectively told to deal with it myself.........I wish he had told me that 3 years ago when I first contacted DWF.
Mr. Sydenham is now ignoring my emails and phone calls and we still have not got any closer to getting the inheritance from my parents.........
Total shambles, but lesson learned.......much easier to do it yourself. Simple process, lots of hints and tips on the internet. Do not let these shysters steal your money.

I am still to discover what D.W.F. stands for, but for us it will always be Dealing, With, ........I'll let you fill in the F yourself.

If you go to reception and say im here to see Mr Harris from accounts you can sometimes wait for an hour before anyone realises that there is no Mr Harris from accounts. The sofas are warm and leathery and there isnt much of a draft, i come here in winter a lot.
