This company is a joke. I have no choice but, to go through them as they are a third party for Second Nature. I initiated my claim on Sept 27th. They reached out on Sept 28th with the claim adjusters name and my claim number. The adjuster reached out on Oct 1st and stated she would call me back by EOD or first thing In the morning. I have not heard from her since. I have left two voicemails and nothing. I also left her supervisor a voicemail but, I won't hold my breath expecting a call back from that person either. Any update or next steps would be appreciated. I'm reaching out to other companies they are associated with and pleading to not use them anymore.

Got hit by a semi truck insured by dynamic claims. Nightmare of a process to get everything going then when you provide all the necessary information, they accept liability, and they still avoid you. Been waiting for an update on my claim for over a month now and nothing. They never answer they're phones, don't reply to emails. Nightmare of a company.

A semi truck they insure/the company at they work for insures hit a car that hit me. Crickets… I called to file a claim the next day they were open a Monday. I was told that Monday they would email me when the claim was started. I had to call back that Friday to learn Daniella Morales was assigned to my claim. I have called her 5 times since that Friday and her supervisor Micheal Gonzales twice since Tuesday crickets. I just want my car fixed.

This renter’s insurance claims company is a complete joke. Unprofessional, scattered and disconnected, rude, ignorant, shady…I could keep going. My claim was ultimately disregarded despite having all necessary documentation verifying my loss and the responsible party’s fault. I had to deal with phone calls from all across the country from reps who were totally unfamiliar with the other reps working my claim of barely over $200. Then subjected to rudeness and finger pointing. What a joke. I’ll be getting my own private renter’s insurance from a reputable company. Stay away from Foxen/Dynamic Claims! If I could give them ZERO stars, believe me I would.

Crooks - Very very horrible service. They are awful people to work with. No good phone number, no contact, they avoid you like the plague so they don't have to pay out on claims. They take pleasure in making things so difficult in hopes you give up.
