This was the best buying experience of a car I have ever had!
I saw a Golf GTI on autotrader and Jordan was very accommodating around my schedule. The car was immaculate and I couldn’t fault it in any way, it was in pristine condition and a great price for the spec of it. Not only was the car great, but the whole garage was, it was so clean and organised, every single car that is there is at the same high standard and you can see the pride in their work. The buying process was so smooth as was the part-exchange of my old vehicle.
The customer service from Jordan could not be beaten, he made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure, and he was able to answer all my questions. Finding a decent garage is impossible, especially as a female trying to find somewhere that won’t take advantage or patronise me, but this garage has done it. I’ve already put my request in for the next car I want. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy my car now.

Seriously impressed by the service received today. I have been looking at cars online and becoming increasingly frustrated with sites such as auto trader, incorrect stock, backstreet stockists.

I came across Earls Autos and made an appointment to view a car. Despite my two children being really active, and me rather unorganised I managed to part ex my car and take away another one today.

I cannot express enough just how much I recommend Jordan at Earls autos!!!
For context, I have had the most rubbish time with another Garage recently and Jordan has been nothing but completely understanding, patient & helpful the entire time. He has helped me every step of the way with everything I need and checked in on me to make sure that I’m okay! What a service!! Especially being pregnant with twins is really meant a lot. If you are ever are lucky enough to visit the garage, do not forget to check out the toilets! You’ll know what I mean when you see them, It’s an absolute showstopper of a place! Now the car…. I picked up today was absolutely faultless and spanking clean! It is and has been an absolute dream! I also had the privilege of meeting one of Jordan‘s colleagues who helped me today with my Insurance as well as his lovely partner who was such a friendly breath of fresh air! Nothing is too much & being a women I have been treated with nothing but support & respect. What you can expect from this place is nothing less than amazing, kind, caring faultless 1 to 1 service!
