Just got a new flat that was carried out by Eddisons and i cannot reccommend them enough.
Lovely people, kept us informed every step of the way and replied to emails quickly which i really loved.
The office looks amazing, when i had to go in they even offered me something to drink, lovely treatment.
When we got the keys i recieved an entire talk about every useful detail of the flat. They highlighted the double rated energy for me so we can save some cash and gave me every piece of paperwork i could possibly need. Took the meter readings for me and even highlighted one or two problems with the flat which they said they would fix asap.
Nice, honest people. Should we stay in Lincoln in the future they will be top of the list for next home.

We put our property on the market pre-COVID, but sold it in the middle of the crisis despite all of the uncertainty and worry that we might have got the timing wrong! I have chased a commercial property that is available on your website for over a year now. On the very rare occasion I do get to speak to the commercial property manager I get fobbed off with every excuse so that I can't view it or rent it. You never phone back when you promise to and don't seem interested in renting out your properties. I have a very successful business that has been running for 10 years but obviously that isn't of interest to you.

I was interested in buying a commercial property and have sent 4 message, 3 emails and called them. Nobody seems interested, so my advice if you want to sell a property, don't use this company. I now have to go to land registry to find who own a property and call them direct!
