Firstly, I’d like to start with a massive thank you to Jackie for nearly a decade of flawless advice and service! From the start it was clear to us that Jackie was great at what she does and we have found her to be extremely knowledgable about the mortgage market and more than capable of consistently finding the best possible way of meeting our mortgage needs. Her integrity is second to none, we trust her implicitly to find us the best product and she has proven worthy of this trust each and every time we have worked with her. Given my own career in finance and mortgage management with some major high street brands, I can honestly say with confidence just how excellent Jackie is and that she is the key person I turn to whenever I need financial advice. Our last remortgage on an investment property has just completed and this case yet again proved that Jackie was able to not only find us a brilliant and perfectly suited deal, but she was also able to tirelessly keep the mortgage on track through Covid 19 and get us to the end result we needed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brokerage. I found out after the event that on top of the fee that they charged me, they also took commission from the lender. This was not disclosed to me and now I am left wondering whether I was being advised correctly. The advise I received resulted in the maximum amount of earnings for the brokerage and maximum cost to me. When I challenged them they were evasive and disingenuous. Avoid!
