What do you want from an estate agent when you're buying a house? Someone that understands your needs, approachable and easy to get in touch with. Someone that responds promptly to your queries and maybe even someone that goes above and beyond to help purchase go through. I found all of these in Edward Knight (thank you Danielle). Really happy with the service and definitely recommend them for anyone interested in Buying or selling with them.

As an additional comment, I used the letting team recently as well. I have found them, in particular Simon, to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Simon understood my personal situation and what I wanted from the rental market and delivered within days!!!

You can't really ask for better than that.
It's not just the selling price and the speed though. Moving house can be a very stressful time, but manager Mandy and her team, through their support, minimized this stress by keeping us up to speed at all times. This is something you don't get from those online-only estate agents.
