Just when I thought there was no hope in getting my roof replaced because the insurance kept denying my claims someone referred me to Jake and he was a god sent. To be honest, I was skeptical at the beginning, especially since everything was conducted long distance. I had moved out of town when I opened a claim for damages on my roof and got denied. I tried to get my claim reviewed a few times but was unsuccessful until I got referred to Jake. Boy am I happy God (or the universe, or whatever you believe in ?) put him in my path. He is amazing, professional, and he really does care about his customers. He took a lot of stress off my shoulders and made me realize there are still good, honest, decent human beings out there. He got more money than initially anticipated and I was able to get my new roof.
