I want to start the review with the end result, which was a good one. My elderly father will have his roof replaced on his northern Palm Beach County home. I want to ensure that is known for the purpose of context. Getting there, though, was not a smooth process.

With almost all business interactions, there is an assumption that the administrative process will be as strong as the technical process for which a consumer makes the hire decision by agreeing to move forward on a business relationship. If you have any expectations that members of this company’s front office care about your claim or anything that happens with the process, this company may not be for you.

There were a couple administrative mix ups that occurred during my elderly father’s claim process; mix ups that should have been acknowledged and addressed by an office manager or office personnel. But any attempt by me or my father to speak to someone at the office about the administrative mix ups were completely ignored. Multiple voicemail messages were ignored. The office’s voicemail box was often full for days in a row. Alerting the public adjuster rep and his deputy did not alter the behavior. The current administrative process with this company gave the impression that the customer they were working for was just in the way and not deserving of a returned call or any other response. That strikes me as extremely short sighted approach to business..

Perhaps my fathers experience is a function of a company based in Doral transacting business in northern Palm Beach County. Perhaps the office team is more engaged with local Miami customers. Whatever the case, it is the office manager’s approach (not the public adjuster) that brought this review from a 5 to a 3. It probably should be even lower based on the office manager’s apathetic approach to office management. Not returning multiple calls tells customers you don’t care about them. It’s not at all complicated.

My home owners insurance company paid me to get stared with repairs and as I completed more work to send in receipts and they would pay me for the repairs. That’s not what happened. I gave up hope until one day Albert Leeban walked up the drive and asked if I had a good experience with insurance company. The house still looked like the hurricane just went by. He was able to reopen my case and with the help of Benjamin they got me twice the amount the insurance company offered. What a blessing they were to me after giving up all hope I love these guys and what they were able to do. I would recommend them to anyone

We actually had a claim in with our insurance and were expecting our insurance filed adjuster to come out. We happened to be driving from my sisters house when we saw Albert with Elevate. He came with us for our insurance inspection and helped us walked through the damages and how everything would work with our claim. He has been amazing and we appreciate all the support while we get through our damages and the process of ‘hopefully’ getting our claim covered!

I filled a claim after the hurricane Ian and was only paid a couple hundred dollars no where near what I needed to repair my House again. Albert with Elevate claim Adjusters came knocked on my House and informed me of the possible damages I was not aware of they guided me through the whole process and thank God they were able to help me recuperate 30k and now I will be able to replace my roof and fix the rest of my House. I highly recommend Albert as you adjuster

I want to give a big thanks to Christopher Deutsch, my public adjuster. He offered me a free property inspection and provided me with photos to show me the damages I had on my roof. He then assisted me in filing a claim with my insurance company. Thanks to his help, I was able to get a full roof replacement, without spending a penny out of my own pocket. I definitely recommend him!
